What's up Paperclippers?

I'm an Organization Development consultant, which means I view businesses as giant puzzles. And, if we build them for effectiveness and efficiency, they can provide immense value for everyone involved.

Now we have businesses being built with "Ai employees" and this is creating new puzzles for organizations to figure out. We're on the cutting edge of figuring this out and shaping the best practices that others will adopt after us.

Exciting times. Happy to be here to learn from all of you and contribute to the overall health of this new community.
