What it does Uses the issue's realized execution workspace when one exists Falls back to the project's configured workspace Actions today: IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Copy path to clipboard Hidden on non-local Paperclip hosts (only activates on localhost / 127.0.0.1)
Scope (intentional) Platform: macOS launchers Host: Paperclip served from loopback only Workspace must resolve to a local path on the same machine No remote/cloud workspace openers — curated local commands, not arbitrary shell
Install from source bash npx -p node@20 -p paperclipai paperclipai plugin install --local /absolute/path/to/paperclip-editor-plugin
After install, open a local issue page and look for Open in on the toolbar. Same author as the Community-listed GitHub plugin. MIT.
