This policy sets out how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and, where applicable, the EU Copyright Directive.

Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list. Identification of the infringing material — the URL(s) or specific location(s) of the content you claim infringes your copyright, with enough detail for us to locate it. Your contact information — your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law. Accuracy statement — a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.
